03-10-2024I was in a pinch, and need to be out of my apartment in a week and am not able to move into my new house yet so I made a reservation online for a storage unit. I received a call shortly after from Damien confirming my reservation and he told me I could come in to the store the next day and finish everything. I saw a larger unit had availability and he was able to switch my reservation no problem. When I went the next day he walked me to show the unit available and he knew everyone that was there by name he is so friendly! Superb customer service! He got me set up and squared away quickly and very easily and explained the app to me too. Will definitely reccomend this place to anyone in need! 10/10 thank you Damien!

03-03-2024We showed up to the site to talk about the reservations but the door was locked so we parked in the parking lot and called for help. Lauren was super helpful in reviewing the pricing and sizing of unit and transferred to the Customer Service to cxl one of the duplicate reservations. Damien has noticed that we were outside and walked to us to see if we needed help, which I did because I couldnt get the payment info to come up. Over all was super easy, everyone was friendly, and glad we got it done for their special.

02-21-2024Need to highly commend an employee by the name of Amari (not sure of spelling). Finding employees that are willing to go over and beyond their duties to accommodate customers or simply do what the "job" calls for is quite uncommon anymore. On more than one occasion my interaction with Amari had impressed me enough to write a review about my positive experience and satisfaction with the Public Storage on E Ray road.

01-25-2024I came in and inquired on a storage last month and was helped by the associate named Damien and he provided the best customer service ever. He answered any and every question I had concerning my storage unit and also assisted in my unit with the light as he was already clocked out and heading home. For the best customer service I highly recommend speaking with Damien he will get the job done.
