02-19-2024Great storage unit its not too much traffic and its right off of 795 which makes it easier to get things out faster and to where it needs to go. The staff is super friendly including the manager Nick who took care of my needs! I highly recommend this storage place for your needs!

12-08-2023This is the worst property to rent from do not ever patronize their business! The elevator is broke, and Customer Service is horrible. Property manager does not do anything to help the customers out! The 800 number is just as bad. They are not helpful and they hang up on you. I had two different customer representatives hang the phone up on me.
