02-28-2024So lm a Military Vet. And I'm about respect, integrity and honesty. I'm only posting this because it has to been known. In the two weeks plus it been un easy at time from the long looks I get from the lady on site. She's the boss and if she's not feeling you. You no right away. I always speak to both ladys when I arrive or leave if I see them. I recently had to return to my unit to move items around due to when I checked in on site, its was a very extremely bad rain storm. So when I unload it was a rush. It took a couple days for me to get it completed. And day one rent without anything said. I was on site for about 4 hours, day two and we have a out doors unit. We always try not to block tenants on either side and I always put orange cone about 3 to 4 feet out by my unit when I'm on site. The driveway is about 27 feet wide, so plenty of room to get car, trash truk or a fire truck if needed. Note. I always park my car outside when I'm going to be in unit long. This day, after arriving around 10:30 a.m. I was approached from one of the ladys in the office around 2 p.m ask me what was i doing and was I looking for something. I had items outside rearrange and was looking for something, didn't feel I need to explain that. When it was clear the day before and that day, I was rearrange. She went on to say that corporate office called them and said I had been on site to long and I couldn't have anything out side my unit because it was a fire Hazzard and if they needed to get to me or a fire I was a problem. It was clear that two cars and a trash truck drove by with plenty of room.also all the way at the end on my side was someone there longer before I got on site and when I was told corporate called. And they had there car and items in drive way. So I took measurements of drive way and pictures and video to prove and show that there was plenty of room. And I'm also have been in contact with corporate. I truly believe I was harassed and bullied. I also that day watch the employee use the restroom thru out the day out side for customers, that had OUT OF ORDER Sign on it for two days when on site. When she notice i seen day 2. She just took sign off and unlocked door. I also seen on day one of me rearrange a customer pull in. Forced he way in to his unit, later begin to complain about how dirty it was and cuss at the lady employee right in front of my wife and me. He was right across from us. Now mind you. I was on site doing the same thing and so was the gentleman across from. That day he had items and a pick up truck completely in the driveway. Neither lady approached us about it and the lady on site drove right by in her truck.He also had a dog in his truck leaning out of. his truck, but we where told we can't have dog on site. When I was leaving later the evening, after being on site much longer then 4hours. I went to office and ask nice if I could pull in to load few items about to leave. Because are dog was in car. And for any animal lovers . Yes my wife did go take him out to park across the street at times. She said no problem. I also ask if she was ok. She explained that the lady that lives on site know about him and he was going thru some personal problems. And make sure when I pull out stop and not let him exit. But needed to talk to him again. I stated I'm not trying to get involved. So I used my code to drive in and this gentleman almost broke there gate getting out. And she came out and seen he had got in his unit, I stated, shouldn't had been double locked? After she told me it was over 20 plus days late. She went on to say. Yes. I believe I was discriminated, harassed bulled and not allowed to use a restroom. Everything i post , I have proof on camera and phone. I was also told from lady on site. I can only pick up and drop off. That's all I'm approaching this far and with respect. Not sure what's the young man who i first had the pleasure of meeting, bring professional walk ne thru site. Giving me all the do and don't. But he has 5 plus stars . I will be reaching out to corporate and owner.

02-11-2024Love this Public Storage facility!!! The owner operator "Tabitha" is super friendly and does an amazing job helping new customers as well as long term tennents. I've never had any problems, the restroom is always clean and have total confidence in terms of security. I've rented from other PS locations. By far this is the best one!!!
