02-24-2024HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION. They do not abide by their "scheduled open hours". On Sundays they close at 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm to drop off 2 boxes (they're small) & they literally said they were closing early because they had to be out of there at 4:55pm. Mind you whoever that employee was, was literally yelling at me. I asked him why their hours on their gate says they closed at 5pm & he said he didn't care about what the sign said. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm a new customer here, haven't even been there a month but I'm definitely going to be looking for some place else. Not sure why they think it's okay to yell, curse, & turn away their customers when they show up during open hours? DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STORE YOUR THINGS.
