01-29-2024Upon visiting the West Chester Public Storage I was mesmerized by the customer setup that this place offers. Rows of storage spaces, parking spaces, an array of different sizes and by far one of the cleanest storage facilities in the county. Does it offer everything? Possibly. Another aspect of this business that goes without saying and is very underestimated is the senior level customer service that is offered by the Staff. Meet in person or schedule an appointment with them at any time such as I did and you yourself can be found star struck by what this location offers.

01-26-2024Tiara was horrible. I was looking for a storage unit to rent and when I went in it felt like I was interrupting her day and wasting her time. She had an attitude and was very unprofessional. I will go down the street to cube storage
