03-15-2024I recently went to my storage unit and was approached by Chris who introduced himself to me. Chris was extremely cordial and friendly. He told me if there was anything I needed or that he could help with "to please let him know." Not many employees go out of their way to introduce themselves and make the customers feel comfortable with them. Chris has all the qualities any employer would want, and is an outstanding employee. He goes above and beyond. Thank you Chris!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Chris, whose pleasant smile and exceptional customer service skills immediately put me at ease. Having rented a unit for two years now, I've had numerous interactions with Chris, and each time he has been consistently professional, courteous, and helpful. He takes the time to address any concerns or questions I have, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. Moreover, I've always been impressed by the cleanliness of both my unit and the entire facility. It's evident that the staff at this location takes pride in maintaining a tidy and well-organized space, which reflects positively on the company as a whole. Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage in Glen Mills to anyone in need of storage solutions. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the team for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

02-12-2024Do not rent a spot here, unless it is for a period of 6-12 months. The rent increases at this facility are extreme - at least 20-25% every 6 months. One of my two spots has gone up 50% in 9 months. This latest increase will put the cost of my storage unit at about 65% over the current market rates being offered on the website for this facility today. When I contacted Public Storage's customer service, it was clearly stated to me that they discourage longer rental periods. And also that the increased rates reflected market rates. Well they don't. If their customer service agent had bothered to check, they would have seen that this is just not factual. You'd think that they'd appreciate a loyal, pay-on-time customer. But, evidently, they don't.
