12-03-2023Upon coming to this particular storage to purchase a unit. Employee Sylvia had shown me a unit. The unit was to small. I asked if I could see another larger unit. Employee Sylvia became very agitated and asked me to sit for a second. Which took about 20 min for her to return. She was not helpful at all once I asked what I was waiting for. She displayed a very negative attitude which caused me not to purchase a unit from Public Storage. She needs to be more pleasant to customers.
