02-21-2024While the initial pricing may be enticing, the low price will go up. In my case, my initial monthly price is now almost quadrupled from when I started a few years ago. Quadrupled. Pair this to an office that is fully automated now and a phone number that only takes you to a corporate answering service. After complaints about the bill being raised, they offered me a measly $29 off three months. What an insult. This is corporate greed at its finest. Save your time and money; go somewhere else other than Public Storage. Edit: Cookie cutter responses further enforces the lack of customer service.
