02-01-2024Highly suggest public storage on tanners lane. This location features an on site electronic kiosk that will walk you through the renting process and is very easy. And if you needed help with anything at all, Dan the man at this public storage site is very helpful. This location is the best public storage Ive dealt with!

01-04-2024This place is DIRTY!!!! We were looking for a quick storage unit, and they had one open. When we went to move in, there was MOLD and the ceiling interior was falling on the floor leaving behind a sticky residue. This place is known for having MICE and BUG infestations!!! It was so nasty, as were the people at the front counter! That shouldve been the first red flag. We decided to never move in, and since they suck at answering their phones, they never marked us moved out!!! Couldnt get a hold of ANYONE!!! Sent a collections bill. This place is the definition of trashy, please save yourself the trouble and go with CubeSmart in Florence right down the street instead!!! Theyre cleaner!

12-30-2023We had our items there for about a year. We just cleaned out our unit and the amount of mouse feces and obvious nests is unbelievable!! Not to mention the insulation from the ceiling falling all over our items. Items from my children's infancy ruined, items from my classroom ruined. I'm beyond livid at this point. I am contacting their insurance company but I want to save anyone else from this.
