02-27-2024Climate controlled storage is not climate controlled. That's a lie. Worst of all they let people come in and steal from you. That's right. They allow easy access to burglars it seems then shrug their shoulders and act like they care, doing nothing to help the situation. It also can get iced out and snowy, might not be able to access your storage because they're too cheap and lazy to clear it out and put a bunch of salt down. If you like storage that isn't climate controlled (even though you pay for it), you don't care if you get stolen from, don't mind taking drives to your storage (if it's still there and not stolen) for nothing because you can't get in, and pay an ever increasing premium for it, this is the place for you. Too cheap to even put cameras where the storage units are. Good luck catching the person that stole from you, when they do, do it. Makes me wonder if those that run the place are in on it. Put extra locks on your storage people. You can't trust these clowns at all. Avoid this place like the plague, at least this burglar helping, no Climate controlled location.

01-14-2024My mom has a unit there and us not happy with it. Is not really climate controlled. It was below 40 degrees the last 2 times I've gone to her unit on the 2nd floor. Was told it could go from 50-80 in the building so in the summer it's hot in side and out. Call corporate and the manager never called back.
