UPDATE AS OF LAST SUNDAY THE AREA manager reached out to me Jenn, And cleared up the issue, as for Jessica the first person that I spoke to over the phone who was very rude very unprofessional should be reprimanded for the way she treated me. Jen went above and beyond and made me feel like a welcomed customer still the company should reflect more into their training for their other managers because they need more Jenn's
