10-30-2023I hadn't been able to get into my unit for THREE DAYS !!!! .The whole building out of order system elevator I can't go upstairs and I don't live in Nevada.How can i get my things no one is available??? I'm seeing reviews but when I get there no one is there .Now I'm out the state and still can't get any service. I waited till 10 am for someone to show up

10-07-2023My friend rented a spot there because of a deal they offered and location near her new place. Security was a concern because of an incident that occurred and the video was accidentally erased by an employee. This is an incident that should be investigated and resolved quickly but should never have happened. As a result I appreciated the climate control and nothing else.
