The property manager was so great and well professional she helped me with all my needs it was a easy process or easy check in I had no problems and I love the space that I was renting it out over all I would say five stars for the customer service online and five stars for the inside visit
This is the worst storage ever. They lady Tanya yall speak so highly about is never here. Shes always in the car talking to people and not doing her job. I paid my storage yesterday and Im still not able to get in. Why ? Because nobody is here. Nobody is doing their job. Nobody answers the phones. I wish I didnt have my stuff in here. I cant even get to it. I hate this place. AND I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASHY PLACE.
The customer service is impeccable would recommend
