Live help is amazing, rep was very knowledgeable and helpful with excellent customer service.
My rep was the BEST person in this whole world! She was friendly helpful spontaneous with her reactions and how to get things resolved and very courageous with her patience and waiting on me to get my things in order. I cannot ask for a better representative to have represented me
I feel like this place is trying to just get your money no matter what. I bought a space on the 15th of September and decided to tell them I was vacating my space on the 13th of October. I was told I had till the 15th of October to vacate my space and that I had to tell them after I had it empty. It felt like it worked out perfectly because that was the only day I would be free from work and able to do so. So I got my space vacated on the 15th and it seemed like everything was going smoothlythe agent I spoke with just told me to keep the lock and that she would send me a confirmation email that it was vacated and I would receive it in the next 24 hours. I never got that confirmation email. Then today (17th of October), the only email I did receive was telling me that I had a balance due of $57.40. So I go up there (because the number never works for some reasonhmm, I wonder why??) and the agent I speak with tells me that she will put a dispute in to see if she can clear my balance. Not even two minutes after I leave, I receive a phone call from them (all of a sudden the phone line workswhich is crazy to me because it never worked when I tried to call. It would just keep repeating the same automated messages if you clicked to speak with an agent.), and they say that because I vacated my space on the 15th I would have to pay for the next month. It feels like each agent that I speak with tells me something different just to appease me while Im there speaking with the digital screen, but over the phone they suddenly can tell me that they will charge me for basically air. I will not be using Public Storage in the future. I recommend you do not too if you dont want to deal with shady stuff.
