07-02-2025A horrifying experience with this property. The manager on site never answers the phone and now after moving out of the unit 4 months ago, they are still harassing and attempting to extort me for additional months of rent because of their failure to process paperwork. They are now attempting to say that I moved out yesterday when I moved out 4 months ago. Pure scam artists. Its sad how this property is run and Ive had to involve corporate to embarrass the manager on site now. Speaking simply on the matter, they are attempting fraud and Im calling out the crap where I see it. I have overwhelming evidence on the matter and if the manager loses their job over this, so be it. Stop ignoring people when they reach you 20+ times over 3 months. 56th St, I truly wish you the best. Its run with levels of incompetence that I have not seen before.
