08-22-2024So I gotta be real about the guys working here, Isai and Angel. They're both really solid guys. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and they walked us through the process after I had made an online booking. I drove down a big UHaul van, parked in the space off to the side of the office, and made small talk with them while Isai checked on my reservation. He gave me clear directions on where to drive to find my unit, and how to enter the facility with the gate code. I kept getting the gate code wrong, went back in inside to ask them what it was, and they went through it again with me without any hint of condescension. They told us to let them know if the rolling cart in the unit wasn't there; it was there. They also kept an eye on us over the camera in case my boyfriend and I needed help once we got to the storage unit. Everything was in tip-top shape, and I have absolutely no complaints about getting a storage unit here. Everything was clean, especially when it came to the indoor units, and the lock we were provided was there as promised. Would ten outta ten recommend this location if you want to feel like you're storing your belongings with solid guys.

07-31-2024The space was perfect! Angel was exactly that. He was very helpful with our vehicle tow and truck. My wife cut her finger and our first aid kit was behind several boxes, angel took the time from his lunch to assist us with his kit. This is the place to go! Thank you Angel! John T
