07-06-2025There are a lot of storage units in the Worcester area and the market is competitive. So when it came down to choosing a place, it's the people who make the difference. All our dealings with Angel, who manages the Extra Storage on Ararat Street, were great. Felt like he was a straight shooter on issues like what happens if we need to get a larger (or smaller) unit, how can we lock in the price, what's the best way to store stuff, why access runs from 6AM-10PM instead of 24/7. Things and questions that may matter and give you a sense of who you are dealing with. Angel at Extra Storage was just great on answering these things and walking us through the process and ultimately helping to select the best unit for us. But for Angel, we would have gone somewhere else.
