08-29-2024Quick start to finish on getting set up with storage unit. It took maybe 5 minutes? Lock and key were in the unit ready for immediate use in the morning, no delay at all. Gate code provided immediately on the web page, and it worked on first use. Unit WAS clean before I started putting stuff in, but with the smooth surface in the unit, sweeping up is an easy task. I couldn't be happier, and at a much more reasonable cost than my previous storage unit.

08-22-2024I came to Extra Space Storage with my mom to try and move to a smaller storage unit. We called ahead of time and Nena offered her help to us. She is so kind & very sweet! She showed us the different storage units that they had and she was very patient with us and helped answer all of our questions! She is the best!
