08-11-2026I just moved the same contents from a storage facility in Jacksonville, FL to this facility in WS, NC. Not only did the FL facility not have bullshit mandatory admin fees, lock fees, ins fees, but it was cleaner, built on a level surface so no ramps were involved for entry/exit of the building, and had a covered area for loading/unloading. And even though FL is the cockroach/palmetto bug capital of the US, there were none within the facility during multiple visits. And, bait traps werent necessary to be placed everywhere the eye could see, as is the case ant the WS facility. And dead cockroaches within the halls of my unit in WS. 1 transport cart per building? Seriously?! And the FL facility was about 25% less costly. I wont be staying since I cannot get out of the WS facility soon enough.
