Cindy was great. Everything was smooth and great deal. edit Feb 2025, 8 months later... I stand by my review of the two on-site staff I interacted with over the past 8 months. However, the management has raised the rent substantially - by 50%. First at the 6 month mark (which we dealt with) and now again at the 9 month mark. A 50% increase in that short of a time frame seems, well, unreasonable, though not "illegal". When I tried to discuss this with someone, I was referred to their corporate office where I was patronizingly informed that a) they can raise the rent whenever they want and b) theres "nothing they can do about the rent increase" which is patently false - it's not physics after all. So, this is how they treat customers who pay on time, aren't a problem, don't make a mess in the bathroom, nor hang around the space all day in lieu of a home: they jack up the rent. Nope, not illegal, but feels ... well, abusive and disrespectful and like some serious price gouging is going on. Might be better off in a mom-and-pop outfit instead: thats where I'm headed once my shoulder heals from surgery and I can get outta there to where I'm valued as a good customer vs an infinite piggy bank. Has anyone there followed up with me? Nope, case in point.
