07-29-2026Today has been very stressful for me. One of those days that everything seemed to go wrong. Even the simple things were turned into huge obstacles I have to get through and just when I was about to lose my mind. Mrs Shelley says to me..."Just take a breath, we are going to get through this together, I'm going to help you". Which is exactly what she did. She took control of the situation, found solutions and applied them promptly. I just wanted to let her know how much I truly appreciate all that she did for me today. She went above and beyond. I truly hope Public Storage realizes the star employee they have....it's rare to come across someone so genuine as she is. Thanks Again Shelley!!!
