05-21-2026Excellent and Efficient.....This Extra Space Storage location in Moreno Valley of Perris Blvd is great. I made my reservation online and went in the next day to get my 10x15 unit. It took about 4 minutes total for the paperwork etc. I had my lock on the unit and was able to immediately move a couple loads out of my garage to the unit that day. Anytime between 6am-10pm 7 days a week. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks......

05-18-2026I was at extra space for a few years and did not have any issues. Lauren was beyond nice and a hard worker! I have always had great customer service from the extra space storage team. Definitely 5 star worthy

05-07-2026Another update, I see people are still being robbed ! Please be aware there is a huge theft issue here! They will not disclose that to you. Theyve never reached out, apologized, issued a refund for at least one month. Two storage units right next to me were robbed and they never communicated to me to. Hey, maybe I should come check my unit. Please go elsewhere! People should be aware that theft happens often. My storage unit was robbed of nearly all of my items. The office was aware, as the units next me were robbed as well (mines was right in the middle). I was never notified that a theft incident occurred, and that I should check my unit, as the 2 units right next to mine were robbed. I was only called and harassed rudely for late payments. When I was finally able to get back to my unit, I discovered all of ish gone. The office was already aware, so to my shock, they didnt really have a reaction, just a ohh Im sorry. All of my baby photos are gone, dads ashes, extremely personal items, they didnt even bother to give me a month off a discount, Absolutely nothing. And the insurance they offer is absolutely garbage, I had to fight for nearly a year, just to get a tiny compensation. So just be aware, as they dont people let ANYONE know that they get robbed often! People should be aware!
