08-03-2024Dina the manager at the Whiting location is always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. She handled my storage facility needs with efficiency and professionalism, and a smile. I brought a broom to initially sweep the unit before laying the plastic tarps down. The unit was so clean that sweeping was not necessary. I used a competitors facility a couple of years ago and was pleasantly surprised when the Exra Storage unit had lighting, which was not the case with their competitors units. I would recommend this location to my friends.
