08-27-2024Kwame is absolutely the best customer service representative in any industry I have encountered! It might be a few dollars extra, but it is worth every penny! It is the cleanest, most accessible buildings. Kwame even called me when I accidentally left my unit open! I have rented storage units several times in my life and this has been, by far, the beat experience ever!!!! . And to top it off, they even have a fabulous bathroom available during business hours!!! Dont hesitate, rent from Extra Space Storage in White Plains, MD, and you will not have to worry about a thing while storing your family treasures there!

08-22-2024White Plains Extra Space Storage at Joyce Place is awesome! Kwame is soooo nice and most helpful. Joyce Place Extra Space Storage has the best customer service I have ever experienced. It's really rare to run across a business that operates at such a high level of excellence. The facility is so clean and very convenient. Everything you need to assist your move is onsite. I recommend highly. Prices were most reasonable.

08-20-2024Hello! First thing I will say is do your research on the pricing. I almost overcharged myself by $30 a month. Glad I looked at that. As always, the facility is clean, available and easily accessible. I wish they had a discount for educators. Also not sure why you have to use their lock and its an automatic charge.
