Voted as one of the best places to raise a family and home to some of the biggest corporations in the world, including the headquarters for Walgreens, it's easy to see why Deerfield is such a great place to call home – and it's a place Public Storage is proud to be part of.
Chris was very helpful, kind, pleasant, and polite, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond. I'm very grateful.
I rarely write bad reviews, however I am SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE BAIT AND SWITCH that Public Storage has played on me. I signed up for a "special" deal when I moved in, roughly $120/month. After three months they increased the rent to over $163, a THIRTY SIX PERCENT INCREASE. The special deal is not special, it is a TRAP to get you to rent a space and then absorb ridiculous price increases. Avoid public storage, go to their competitors and save your money.
Another man's trash is definitely another man's treasure
Dont use this storage company, they keep raising their rates astronomically. All They continue saying thats the best rate thats all we can do. Ive been in business over 24 years and its really criminal how they hold a customer hostage, no one to contact other than the on premise manager.Make sure you research all the info prior to renting here, get a lease agreement with their rate increases. In addition theres a lot info on the internet discussing how they screw their tenants.
We had a really good experience working with Chris and Adam! I appreciated the customer service we received. We are happy to use Public Storage in Deerfield going forward.
