12-02-2025Extra Space Storage offers solid value overall, with friendly, professional staff who make the entire process straightforward from the moment you walk in. The team is attentive, helpful, and genuinely tries to make things easy whether its choosing the right unit, explaining the terms, or helping you navigate the facility. Pricing is another strong point: the rates are reasonable compared to many competitors in the area, and you feel like youre getting a fair deal for the space and service provided. The only real drawback is the access layout. Unfortunately, the entrance and maneuvering area are not very convenient, especially if youre driving a larger vehicle, towing, or moving bulky items. The design makes it harder than it should be to enter, position your vehicle, or make quick in-and-out trips. Its manageable, but definitely not ideal and can slow you down if youre in a hurry. Overall, a good storage facility with excellent staff and fair prices just be prepared for a somewhat uncomfortable and tight entry setup. If convenience of access is your top priority, keep this in mind; otherwise, its a solid option.
