07-20-2026Wow! Lisa from the Public Storage at 6885 Lowell st. Westminster Co. Location was SOooo... helpful. I'm learning to use the internet. And of "Course", updates cause me not to be able to make multiple payments. I tried calling customer service which sent me to "The automated system". Reminds me of some of the supervisors I've had in over half a century. How do people get these jobs that require common sense. Twice I endured 25 then over 30min to talk to a human being. If the Customer Service Department can't problem solve. Fire them, Give Lisa a raise!!!
