08-31-2026Shout out to Angel James, the facility manager. I've stored quite a bit at this location for a little over a year-and-a-half and Angel and her careful, thoughtful oversight have been absolutely wonderful, reassuring, and ideally professional. I've had a number of issues and, at every point Angel has been extraordinarily kind and helpful - including an unfortunate cleanup situation in which - completely unprompted - she brought me and my girlfriend ice-cold water bottles, trash-bags, and moving dollys to help with everything - while checking on our progress and carefully making sure we were situated. Having rented here for whatever 20 months, I would worry about moving my belongings for fear I would not have Angel's eye on things. Absolutely superlative customer service, kindness, and professionalism.
