Hes always provided excellent customer service and has helped me with my lock twice when I was in a real bind. Being out of state made those situations especially stressful, and John truly came through for me both timeshe honestly saved the day. Even though I hope to be out of storage soon, Im really glad I chose this facility. Highly recommend, especially if you get to work with John.
