10-05-2026I rented a 5x15 here in May at about $99/month including tax. Four months later, my rate doubled to $198/month. Meanwhile, the website advertises the same size unit at this facility for $63 to new customers. They did send a single email notice that I missed, but a 100% increase on a unit I'd had for four months is not a "market adjustment." When I contacted support, the best they would do was a one-time credit or a reduced rate of $157 before tax, still about two and a half times what a new customer pays for the same space. They refused to restore my original rate or refund any of the increase. The low web rate is bait. Once your stuff is inside, they count on the hassle of moving to keep you paying whatever they decide. If you rent here, assume your rate will double within a few months and plan accordingly. I'm moving out.

09-21-2026I spoke to three different people on the phone on three separate occasions. They were all very polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. The access through the gate was easy, and the unit I rented is clean. The following day, a Monday, the storage facility manager called me to make sure everything was okay and asked if I had any questions. The parking lot and area was clean.

09-09-2026Great experience at Extra Space Storage in Westminster, CO. I stored my motorcycle there for 2 years and everything worked out perfectly. The facility is very clean and in great shape. The facility manager, Arnold, is super helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place!
