11-14-2025I have been renting a10x30 and the light isnt working, I have reached out to Shawms a few times only to be told to fix it myself. Because Public Storage dont care. If they dont care then why is there a light. I just want the light fixed. Oh and the 10x20 I rented today had the same issue. Lets see how long that will take to fix. If I didnt need a convenient storage location I would have moved out. Please fix both lights. It should not have to be fixed by me. Unless Im going to be reimbursed.

11-13-2025Dont be fooled by the low price at the beginning. Rent will increase every couple of months. Started out paying 175 a month for a large unit and by the end of the year it was almost 500 a month. Place is also infested with mice a rats. My outside unit was riddled with so many mice I had to throw out a bunch of stuff. Made multiple calls which were unanswered and when I finally saw someone at the facility they told me there was nothing they could do and to set traps. Bathrooms are atrocious, Fenway park has cleaner bathrooms.
