12-26-2025Called and had a horrible experience by a customer service rep that was very combative with me while trying to explain how they had messed up on my rental agreement ( they had me down for a 5x8 and I had chosen a 10x14. So when I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me thru to the general voicemail. In the meantime I got a call from another rep named Moriah. She heard me out and said she could have a rep meet me at the location to see the units to decide which one I would need for my situation. I was met promptly by Suzanne who walked me to a 10x14 which was too small so I ended up with a 10x20. Not to mention the fact it was raining and she still went out of her way to show up and show me the units in person. She then got Moriah on the phone and she finished up the agreement with me and it went very smoothly. Public Storage is VERY LUCKY to have these two ladies working for them as they went above and beyond exemplary customer service. Its women like them that will make a business prosper. Kudos to both of you ladies and I hope the company takes care of you. I could have gone anywhere for a storage unit and was going to until they stepped in with the professionalism that every company should adhere to.
