01-07-2026I had the worst experience there my unit had gotten broken into and they simply just told me to call the police if I have a problem of that type,also they changed my access hours without answering me to talk about it,then I wasn't allowed on property due to me having people come help me move stuff out,right when I was bout to grab my things they auctioned my unit off supposedly the day before ,that really crushed my wife and I bc we had lots of things we owned in there so basically there's nothing I can do now but regret ever trusting this facility with my belongings place sucks the worst customer service etc ....I got robbed

12-20-2025Ali is always very helpful and I wish she was here more like she used to be. My client (I'm a caretaker) who has a space here says it looks much better than before. I've been seeing her for months around this location,and the property has seemed cleaner since. She's always friendly and knows her way around the place. What a gem.
