01-11-2026I rented a unit at this location. Most of the time, the office was unstaffed even other customers I spoke with said managers are rarely present. I had to leave a callback request to finally reach someone by phone. I wanted to cancel my account to move to another location. I understand that I did not receive a refund for the first month was my responsibility, and I paid for it. I also requested cancellation. I had chosen a promotion for a free second month, but it seems they later requested payment for that month. Since my account had already been deleted, I was unaware. Six months later, I received a collection notice. Ive emailed corporate with supporting photos from my visit and the lock refund (which I did receive). I hope this helps. Please choose a location with staff regularly present and be cautious when making payments.
