12-20-2025Let me warn y'all. One of my top 3 worst customer service experiences. Do better, Public Storage. EMPLOYEES stole itemms out of my storage unit. Police report was made and district manager notified. I was onlly told the situaion would be dealt with. If I'm not mistaken the district manager was the only one with immediate access to my unit. Since this incident, my unit has more than doubled in price along with unsubstantiated fees and regulations.

12-15-2025Don't trust these people, I set an appointment to see a storage room here to get an idea of what Im looking to get. Not only did they say they would inform the property manager and never did but tried to pressure me into renting blindly. If they are willing to lie about something so simple then what else are they willing to lie about.
