01-04-2026Im extremely disappointed with how this Public Storage handled my move-out. I contacted them in advance to ask if they could waive or prorate the fee since January 1st was a holiday and I planned to move out on January 2nd. I was completely moved out before 8am on January 2nd, yet they still charged me the full amount and wouldnt make any adjustment. This felt unreasonable and like bad business/customer service.
