11-30-2025I found these guys about a year ago and theyve been so great to work with. Ive been happy with them and am a frequent visitor to the facility. Theyve been slowly renovating the location since Ive been there, which is really good. I will say its a little spooky coming after hours if you can avoid itbut if you come during main hours, Brittany has always been kind and helpful. Any time Ive had a question shes been friendly, responsive and consistently professional. Overall, its a clean, good space, fair prices (to start especially), right off the freeway, and Ive discovered they have an overall kind team. Overall as my first experience with any storage place, extra space has been really good and Im grateful they hold this space for the community. To higher ups who may see thisPlease stay fair and consistent on pricingits so important to some of us with limited budget.

11-01-2025Been here since it was Life Storage and do not recommend this place. Looking for a new storage facility as we speak. They have consistently raised the rent every year sometimes twice in the same year. The place is run down, AC doesnt work, tweakers are everywhere, elevator rarely works, and the management is just happy to take your money. They wont do anything besides offer $10 off next months rent. Came on Sunday and could not access my floor, I could get to the second floor by stairs, but not the third. It looked like possible work being done, but there are no emails stating why, and of course the office is closed Sundays. Either way it causes panic when you cant access the things you need and are paying money to hold them securely and conveniently. Unfortunately we are at their mercy and I deeply regret renting here.
