01-02-2026I really am disappointed and dont want to do this review. My unit is flooded! I brought it to the attention of the staff Heather and stated I would be back on Saturday to move my unit. I got to the office at 529 lets say it was 530 as I pull in Anthony turns out the lights and locks the door! lol how about that for customer service. Heather was sweet and came out and spoke to me but said Anthony already closed out so now Im in my flooring unit trying to salvage what I can. My fault for running so close but why not just make the move that was already set. Anthony do better!
