10-01-2026Great prices, very accommodating. I worked with Courtney & she was soooo nice...like talking to an old friend. I felt right away that this was the place I wanted to store some of my Mom's possessions for safe keeping. Not only is the location perfect as far as being close to my Mom's house, but the hours for access are great and it's very clean, but most of all secure. I feel fortunate to have been able to rent an inside, temp controlled, SECURE unit! Perfect! And even though Courtney was filling in for the regular gal, I look forward to seeing her there again in the future...a very NICE Gal. She made the whole process so easy. Thank you Courtney!

08-25-2026Amazing Storage Facility near Oberlin College! We used ExtraSpace Storage in Elyria, OH for my sons summer storage needs while he is at Oberlin College. We couldnt have been happier with the facility and its amazing manager, Bridget! The facility is climate controlled and offers units of several different sizes, some of them are on the second floor which makes it ideal in my opinion if you have to store clothes, or more delicate items. The entire building felt clean, fresh and with NO DAMPNESS at all! We had items stored from May to end of August and everything was perfect when we picked up. But the thing that ExtraSpace Storage Elyria does best is the incredible customer service by Bridget! I left a couple of messages through our rental period and she always returned my calls promptly, professionally, and with extreme kindness. Bravo ExtraSpace Storage for entrusting the management of this facility to such a competent and kind person!! We are going to recommend EXCLUSIVELY this storage facility to my sons college friends! Very grateful and looking forward to returning in the summer!
