05-30-2025After four months I got notice, with no explanation, that they were increasing my rate to from $145 to $203 next month. Ironically they also didn't send a June payment reminder. Very suspect. I told them up front I was renting for a year. I've paid everything on time. Haven't caused any issues. Used them, instead of their competitor down the street, when I needed storage again for a move. I didn't experience this at Cubesmart.
