09-27-2026Although setting up a small space rental with this office was easy, and the facility is very clean, when I got to my 3x3 unit, I found out that it had a column in a corner that ate up almost 1x1 of that already tiny space. I indicated to the employee helping to get my bearings in the building that, for such a small space, losing that 1x1 amounted to false advertising and that it impinged on the amount of things I had planned to store there, he just shrugged his shoulders and offered no form of apology (let alone compensation). They had lured me into paying upfront for four months just to save a few dollars a month (all of this negotiated with an actual person on the phone) but it never occurred to them to warn me about the column. I dont have plan to use this storage facility ever again. Its not the facility itself that is the problem, its the lack of customer care that these employees have shown. I cannot recommend this place.

09-13-2026Honestly, Im really happy with my experience here. Everything was easy from start to finish, Jose one of the staff members was so nice and helpful every time I came in. The whole place is clean, organized, and I always felt comfortable leaving my things there. Moving and storing your stuff can be stressful enough, so I really appreciated how easy he made everything.

08-28-2026Really great time this week at Extra Space Storage. The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. Jose was a huge help when I was getting everything set up. He walked me through the different storage options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got what I needed without feeling pressured. You can tell they actually care about providing good customer service. Im very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit. And the prices are actually really solid!! Ask for Jose hell take good care of you!

08-28-2026Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire process of getting my storage unit was smooth and stress-free. Jose was especially helpful throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood all my options and was comfortable with everything before moving forward. The facility itself is clean, secure, modern, and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence in storing my belongings here. The customer service really stood out, and Jose made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Jose! Great facility and great people.
