I was cleaning out my brother's storage space and getting ready to shut it down, and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Not only did he assist with everything I needed to wrap up, but he connected me to helpful resources for donating and recycling. It was clear he genuinely cares about the customers experience, and his help and positive attitude made a huge difference. Every company should have a Raynel!! Absolutely outstanding customer service. 5 stars without a doubt.
