08-19-2024I worked with Byron at this location and he was super nice and very helpful. I already have a storage unit with Extra Space at a different location but in need of another one at this location. I called to ask how often they raise their rates and Byron was very honest with me which was much appreciated. Byron has a very energetic and enthusiastic personality which I found enjoyable when speaking with him. He was very respectful as well. The unit I have rented, climate controlled, meets my expectations however, I was under the impression that there was a thermostat control in each unit so you could control it yourself but there is not. The location is great and the grounds looked to be taken care of.
