I never got to use my space YET THEY STILL CHARGED ME because their process is so convoluted and the online system they have give you ZERO option for a refund or even find someone who can help you work through it. 1. The contract itself is horrible and overpriced. No refund and the insurance is insanely expensive and you have to pay for your own lock. 2. Access is inconsistent and unreliable. The site managers have zero incentive to make sure you get what you need 3. Customer service system they've built is very mediocre. They site managers are just there as cheerleaders but never actually do anything. 4. Online Customer service is non-exsitent. There ZERO method to contact corporate. They customer service number they give you is just a bot that goes in circles. 5. You can't do any kind of refund or any kind of complain ticket. You are basically on your own. I decided to go with a different storage company that allows for after hours availability and access your facility that has "Extra" benefits. This facility should be named Public Bathroom I'm amazed by how bad public storage service is. There is no way to get a refund even though they never explicitly state in the contract that you can't manage your unit without a site manager. Was not able to access mine and would not give me a refund.
Bobby (Bobbie?) in the office was awesome and got us a unit in the right price range. She made the move in experience easy and super pleasant. Great employee!!!
The property is welcoming and so are the Property managers that work there. The facility is clean and inviting. Throwing in a picture of the sunset from the back of the property. Because the sunset there is really pretty.
Clean space. Property is well kept. Attendant was extremely helpful.
