12-17-2025After being a customer for several months, I've closed my Unit. After several unjustified substantial increased, I found myself paying almost double for the same Unit. Do your homework. There're several locations in West Sac that are cheaper and their pricing structure is reasonable. Very disappointing. The whole experience was great. One location didn't have the size I needed so they directed me to the other local location and called ahead to hold the Unit. Professional and easy process to get setup. Mike at the Jefferson location was great. Location is well maintained, Unit was clean, easy to access, and door was easy to operate.

11-02-2025Friendly and helpful staff. I had to move items into a unit after my mother passed. The front office staff were always kind and helpful. My items stayed in the unit for over and year and were in great condition when I came to pick it up. Definitely, recommend this location!
