01-04-2026We have had 2 storage units at this facility since October 2024 for $351.38. March 2025 it went up $29, then May 2025 it when up $100, then December 2025 it $100 again. As of December it is $528.90 That is an increase of $329. Outrageous price gouging! They are changing the law in January 2026 to stop companies like this from doing crap like this. Beware when you sign the contact with them they are a terrible rip off company. After note: When the prices when up I called the manager at the facility called Andre and he told me there was nothing they could do about the price increases. After I put this review on google, I called the number they gave me below and it was a automated phone system. I called another number I found on the internet and spoke to a lady called Kimberley, she reduced one of my units to $326 per month saving me $45. She could not do any price adjustments to the other unit I have. I can not afford to have two units at this facility because of the outrageous and frequent price increases so I am just keeping one unit but I have told them that if the prices go up in 2026 I am moving my belongings out.
