From the month to month cost, went over the contract, took me on a tour to see my storage unit, explained how to use the locks and etc.. because its my first time getting a storage ever! 11-09-2025During my 8 years of renting a large climate controlled storage unit at Extra Space Storage, I found the staff was always courteous, professional, accessible and helpful. They kept the facility impeccably clean, and they always had furniture dollys available for tenants use. Most importantly, none of my belongings got stolen nor ruined during those eight years of renting my unit. Second most importantly, is that I never saw any rats, mice, moths or critters anywhere in the facility. I also didnt seen any evidence of any critters when I moved out. They control that very well. For anyone needing a safe, secure and trustworthy place for temporary storage of their belongings, Extra Space Storage has your back!
