11-26-2025This Extra Space Storage Facility and staff are wonderful. We highly recommend this facility for storage. The building is clean, feels secure, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Our only complaint is the sharp increase in fees after the first year. We know this is common in the storage industry, but feel that longterm occupants, like nonprofits who need to store items for student events and such, should receive some type of loyalty consideration. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star rating. If I could rate just the corporation without affecting the staff rating, this would be few stars.

The facility has great features like air condition, first floor access, etc. the location is absolutely why or one of the reasons I choice this facility. I highly recommend this storage facility if your looking to protect your property and have staff that actually genuinely care.

11-19-2025Very nice and safe place to store your belongings. I had my belongings there for 9 months. Excellent and helpful staff. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that the cleaning in the corridors was really poor at one point, and some rats were seen on the premises. It did not cause any problems for my unit, but this is a point for improvement.
