04-01-2025***UPDATE*** Public Storage raised my rent by $100 just after being there for 3 months :( Although they have great customer service, and an amazing on site person (Kernesa) , I will have to result in cancelling my services with them. I can understand occasional rent increases, but $100 in just three months?? I can't imagine what it will be by the end of the year :( Previous review*** Kernesa is the best! From the beginning She has been extremely helpful and guided me through the process anytime that I have a question, She is always available on the spot. Customer service is beyond amazing. She genuinely cares how I like my service And goes above and beyond to make everything about utilizing a storage unit convenient for me.
