09-03-2026I recently moved from Public Storage after my rent for a 5x8 unit increased from $153 to $193 per month. It turned out to be a good opportunity to scale down, and Im very glad I found this Extra Space Storage location on Venice Blvd. I chose a 4x4 unit, and the facility immediately felt cooler, better ventilated, cleaner, and better maintained than my previous storage space. During this summers heat wave, I had become concerned about the heat and humidity affecting my photographs, framed artwork, books, and other media. Daniel, the property manager, was polite, professional, quick, and clear. He made setting up my account easy and helped me choose the unit that best fits my needs. The location is about a mile farther from my home, but I actually like it betterright across from Erewhon and next to Rivian, with a pleasant overall feel. Very happy with the move and especially appreciative of Daniels excellent service.

08-27-2026Steve saved the day!! We had a very last minute move from a studio space, and booked a unit the night before we had to vacate. Once we arrived, we realized some of our furniture would not fit in the elevator to access a second floor unit. Steve helped us find a ground floor unit, patiently showing us many options. And, while the available ground floor was a bit large for our needs, he added us to the waitlist for a smaller ground floor unit. An absolutely lovely human, Steve really helped us navigate a very stressful situation. We have previously rented from this location, and would definitely recommend!! Yay Steve!!
