07-28-2026I've used extra space storage in the past but the first timer @figueroa location. I expected to see Julio since many reviews mentioned his excellent service. Instead, Luis greeted me at the front desk. Shortly speaking, he made sure everything went smoothly including billing, showing the storage, the whole process was so easy due to his expertise. Fact that I found out Julio actually works for Luis wasn't important. What matters is they all seem to work well as one team! Looking forward to using this place for as long as I have any storage need.
